LONGi Solar Europe is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow BESS C&I opportunities in the region. You will build channels, engage distributors, installers, EPCs, and system integrators, and drive order closures.

You will apply strong technical understanding of battery storage systems and lead discussions on PCS, BMS, EMS, and system sizing. Fluent in English and local language, you will travel within the region to close opportunities and expand market share.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Business or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of sales, technical sales or business development experience in energy storage, solar PV or power electronics.
Experience in C&I BESS sales is strongly preferred.
Proven experience working with distributors, installers, EPCs or system integrators.
Track record of developing customers and closing commercial opportunities.

Mansioni

Develop BESS C&I sales opportunities and achieve regional sales targets.
Build and manage relationships with distributors, installers, system integrators, EPCs and C&I customers.
Develop and manage local sales channels and support partner sell-in and sell-out activities.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable BESS solutions.
Discuss key technical topics including battery systems, PCS, BMS and EMS.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to quotation, negotiation and order closing.
Coordinate with Product, Technical Solution, Service, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal teams.
Provide market, customer and competitor feedback to support product and pricing strategy.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
