Sephora Ferrara is seeking a Specialist to actively manage the in-store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will monitor KPIs, oversee makeup, skincare, fragrance departments, and ensure quality standards.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder).
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
• Business and goals orientation.
• English proficiency (professional).
• Strong relationships management skills.
• Solid analysis and reporting abilities.

Mansioni

• Manage and monitor qualitative and quantitative KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, Average ticket, Unit Per Ticket…) and omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & collect, App download).
• Monitor team performances (personal and store KPIs) and define corrective actions.
• Manage the department team and its performances, developing team members' skills and talents.
• Ensure quality standards of makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection departments.
• Provide training on technical skills.
• Resolve disputes.
• Develop team spirit and motivate each member to achieve goals.
• Inform the team through briefings about results and daily/monthly objectives.
• Guarantee the best Customer Journey ensuring guidelines are respected.
• Monitor and share daily results with Store Manager and team.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures (regulations, safety) and commercial policies (prices, promotions, communication).
• Manage performances of in-store services (internal, external).
• Organize and plan the Booxi platform.
• Daily coordination with Trade & Communication Department for events and masterclasses.
• Support Managers in daily activities and contribute to store's commercial and HR strategy.
• Manage stockroom and maintain optimal stock levels per replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
