Sephora in Firenze is seeking a Specialist to actively manage qualitative and quantitative KPIs, lead the store team, and ensure top customer journeys. The role involves coordinating omnichannel services, training, and maintaining stock levels while upholding Sephora standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in retail leadership, strong analytical skills, budget awareness, and fluent English. This full-time position offers a dynamic multinational environment and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder).
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
• Business and goals orientation.
• English professional knowledge.

Mansioni

• Managing and monitoring qualitative and quantitative KPIs and Omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & collect, App).
• Monitoring team performances and defining corrective actions.
• Managing the department team and developing skills and talents.
• Ensuring quality standards of makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection.
• Training on technical skills.
• Resolving disputes.
• Developing team spirit and achieving goals.
• Informing the team through briefing about results and objectives.
• Guaranteeing the best Customer Journey and respecting guidelines.
• Monitoring and sharing daily results with Store Manager and the team.
