Job summary

Sephora Rome is seeking a Specialist to manage floor operations and partner with Store Manager and Beauty Advisor teams to drive commercial results. You will support daily activities, coordinate events, and guide staff through growth paths while upholding Sephora's standards.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years in multinational retail, strong KPI focus, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to thrive in a dynamic beauty retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years in similar roles in multinational retail environments.
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and budget management.
• Ability to lead a team toward objectives and foster collaboration.
• Dynamic, flexible, and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Manage the floor across core product categories (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).
• Coordinate with Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
• Support daily activities and drive store commercial and HR strategy.
• Monitor KPIs and motivate the team to hit targets.
• Coordinate promotions, events, launches, and CRM campaigns.
• Oversee stockroom and merchandising, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Apply company procedures and pricing/promotion policies.
