Sephora USA, Inc. in Firenze is seeking a Specialist to lead a high-performing team and manage KPIs and omnichannel services in a dynamic retail environment.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, ensure Sephora standards across makeup, skincare, and fragrance, and coordinate with Trade & Communication to run events and initiatives.

If you are results-driven, fluent in English, and capable of budgeting and reporting, this role offers growth within a multinational beauty retailer in Florence.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder) within multinational retail environments.
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
• Business and goals orientation.

• Relationships management.
• Analysis and reporting skills.

Mansioni

• Managing and monitoring qualitative and quantitative KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, Average ticket, Unit Per Ticket) and Omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & collect, App download).
• Monitoring team performances (both personal and store KPIs) and defining corrective actions.
• Managing the department team and its performances, developing team members' skills and talents.
• Ensuring quality standards of its own department (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).
• Training on technical skills.
• Resolving disputes and developing team spirit to meet goals.
• Informing the team through briefing about results and objectives.
• Guaranteeing the best Customer Journey while respecting guidelines.
• Monitoring and sharing daily results with Store Manager and team.
• Ensuring compliance with procedures and commercial policies.
• Managing performances of In Store services (internal, external).
• Organizing and planning the Booxi platform.
• Daily coordination with Trade & Communication Department for events and Digiclass.
• Supporting Managers in daily activities and contributing to store's commercial and HR strategy.
• Managing stockroom and stock levels per replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
