Sephora Bolzano is seeking a Specialist to lead a high-performing team in-store. You will monitor qualitative and quantitative KPIs, manage daily operations, and ensure a superior customer journey while upholding Sephora standards across makeup, skincare, and fragrance.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder).
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Managing and monitoring qualitative and quantitative KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, Average ticket, Unit Per Ticket) and Omnichannel services.
• Monitoring team performances and defining corrective actions.
• Managing the department team and its performances, developing team members' skills.
• Ensuring quality standards of the department (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).
• Training on technical skills.
• Resolving disputes and developing team spirit.
• Coordinating daily results and briefing the team about objectives.
• Ensuring optimal customer journey and adherence to guidelines.
• Managing in-store services (internal, external).
• Organizing and planning the Booxi platform and coordinating events with Trade & Communication.
