Sephora Mestre is seeking a Specialist to join the Mestre team, responsible for floor management across makeup, skincare, fragrance and Sephora Collection. You will support Store Managers, guide Beauty Advisors, and play a key role in daily operations and CRM campaigns.

The role emphasizes leadership, KPI-driven performance, training, and collaboration with central teams to deliver a premium guest experience in a dynamic international retail environment.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years of experience in similar retail roles with leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of store KPIs and budget reporting.
• Proactive, dynamic candidate with multinational retail exposure.
• Ability to train and develop team members.

Responsabilidades

• Manage your floor comprehensively, covering one or more key product categories.
• Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
• Support Managers in daily activities and contribute to store strategy.
• Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results.
• Coordinate promotions, events, new product launches and CRM campaigns.
• Manage the stockroom and maintain optimal stock levels per replenishment cycles.
• Implement company procedures and commercial policies established by central departments.
• Train new hires and develop their growth path in collaboration with Managers.
• Interact with diverse groups, building relationships and recognizing team wins.
