Sephora Firenze seeks a dedicated Specialist to join our beauty community. You will monitor KPIs, oversee a dynamic team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.

Competenze

• Strong customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to monitor and respond to KPIs and performance metrics.

Mansioni

• Managing and monitoring qualitative and quantitative KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, Average ticket, Unit Per Ticket) and Omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & Collect, App).
• Monitoring team performances and defining corrective actions.
• Developing team skills and talents while ensuring quality standards across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
• Training on technical skills and resolving disputes.
• Ensuring customer journey quality and adherence to guidelines.
• Coordinating daily results with Store Manager and team.
• Managing store procedures, stockroom, and merchandising strategies.
