Sephora Forte Dei Marmi is seeking a Specialist to lead daily store operations across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection. You will oversee floor coverage, ensure exceptional customer experience, and support the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a 3-4 year retail background, and the ability to monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and drive commercial momentum through promotions, events, and CRM campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in roles like assistant store manager or team leader in multinational retail.
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Manage floor operations across product categories (makeup, skincare, fragrance).
• Coordinate communications between Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
• Support managers in daily activities and HR strategy.
• Monitor KPIs and motivate the team to achieve results.
• Coordinate promotions, events, CRM campaigns, and launches.
• Train new hires and guide growth paths with managers.
• Maintain stockroom and merchandising standards.
