Sephora Ferrara is seeking a dedicated Specialist to actively handle the missions of managing KPIs, leading the store team and ensuring quality across makeup, skincare, fragrance and Sephora Collection. You will monitor daily results, coordinate with store management and support in developing the store's commercial strategy.

The role requires 3–4 years in similar retail positions, strong communication in English, and the ability to drive customer journeys and business outcomes in a dynamic

Competenze

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder).
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
• English professional knowledge and strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Manage qualitative and quantitative KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, Average ticket, Unit Per Ticket) and Omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & collect, App downloads).
• Monitor team performances and define corrective actions.
• Develop and train the department team; ensure quality standards across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
