As a Beauty Advisor, and a valued member of the Como Luini team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

  • Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions , offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.
  • Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
  • Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
  • Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries.
  • Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization .
  • Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
