About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a talented Bartender to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano in Italy!

What you will do

• Report to the Wine & Beverage Director and ensure exceptional service and attention to guests.
• Provide hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service, with full knowledge of all bar products and competence in ice carving.
• Describe the selection of food and beverage menu items to guests, offering vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste and preparation methods.
• Communicate guest orders, including any special needs, and coordinate them with the kitchen.
• Coordinate food timings, anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and offer suggestions.
• Close guest checks promptly.
• Remain highly visible in the operation.
• Take care of special requests with dedication to providing an attentive and distinctive experience for guests.

What you bring

Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand‑alone restaurants/bar or restaurant/bar groups, preferably in the same position, and international experience would be an asset.

We expect you to have an eye for detail, strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, the ability to multi‑task with excellent organisational skills, be a team player, and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences.

We are looking for a special individual who shares our passion for excellence, has a deep knowledge of cocktail preparation, and delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests.

Schedule & hours

This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and we will offer a fixed‑term contract.

The job includes a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and be fluent in English and Italian.
