**About The Role:** This position is dedicated to providing exceptional quality service to our guests. The main responsibility of this role is to serve guests' needs by providing expert knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks, as well as information regarding preparation methods. The Bartender is responsible for assisting with product inventory, bar supplies, and objectives that managers set for the bar. This role is perfect for someone passionate about craft cocktails, guest connection, and delivering an elevated bar experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and enjoy bringing creativity to every pour, we’d love to hear from you.Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks including origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of wine list, classic cocktail recipes and specialty drinks.2+ years of bartending experience, preferably within a luxury hotel and/or high-end bar environment.Working knowledge of Micros POS system is beneficial. Strong interpersonal and personal presentation skills required. The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
