Overview

B2B Digital Sales Specialist (Italian & English) Hybrid (Sofia Bulgaria)

We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Italian and solid cold calling experience to join an international tech-focused sales environment. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sofia offering a stable base salary, performance bonus and relocation support.

Role Overview

In this role you will:

  • Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify and engage business leads
  • Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
  • Build, manage and develop a consistent sales pipeline
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets
Requirements
  • Native-level Italian (mandatory) and fluent English
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
  • Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation and qualification
  • Experience in tech SaaS or digital advertising is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and a results-driven proactive mindset

  • Full-time contract Monday to Friday (09:00-18:00)
  • Hybrid work model based in Sofia
  • Gross monthly salary: 3300 BGN plus bonus and benefits
