The Customer Service Representative will be the face and voice of Kyndryl, helping customers solve their problems every day. A Customer Service Representative combines tech support know-how with problem solving and customer service, bringing your people skills while we teach you the rest. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll start learning and contributing right away, first month learning the ropes and getting set up with one client on production. You’ll soon multi-task and provide interactive solutions (chat, email, MS Teams) while offering concierge-level care. You will work with back-office teams to handle escalations and you will have opportunities to learn from senior colleagues. You can become an expert with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, and get trained on various platforms. You can earn certifications including Google Cloud, Azure, Microsoft, etc. The learning opportunities are a key aspect of this role. This is a true “start here, go anywhere” opportunity with potential to move into higher levels or other roles within Kyndryl.
