A leading financial services company in Milan is looking for a Sales Specialist to drive add on sales and enhance customer retention within its NewsEdge customer base. This role involves engaging with clients, identifying revenue opportunities, and collaborating with various teams to improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics and possess strong commercial acumen along with proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office. A basic understanding of AI concepts is also expected.

This role is responsible for driving add on sales and increase net retention across the NewsEdge customer base through proactive outreach, ongoing engagement, and a deep understanding of customer needs and usage patterns.
