Join us as an Application Engineer (Downstream). We are looking for 1 application engineer with a permanent contract in Italia Ferrara / Ravenna / Venezia.

What you'll do

  • Provide technical support at the customer's site, identifying and resolving pain points, and escalating issues as required.
  • Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure optimal customer operations.
  • Support services include: sample testing, light maintenance, customer service, service report generation, chemical ordering, chemical inventory management, and general labor activities.
  • Actively support Nalco Champion innovations and technology within the strategic district accounts, providing service support to other District Sales Representatives.
  • Travel within the assigned sales territory.
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot technical jobs.

What you'll need
