This Position reports to: Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support the Sales team in developing projects related to Building Automation (BMS, KNX, HVAC) and E-Mobility (charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, AC/DC), promoting ABB solutions and addressing customer needs.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid

The assigned area will be: Piemonte, Valle D’Aosta, Liguria, Toscana

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Technical sales support: Develop technical solutions aligned with customer requirements, assisting the sales team in defining technical specifications.
  • Promote ABB solutions: Propose Building Automation systems and E-Mobility solutions.
  • Offer preparation: Create technical offers and manage discount policies
  • Training: Deliver technical training to colleagues and customers on specific solutions.
  • Customer support: Solve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Networking and business development: Build relationships with System Integrators, installers, wholesalers, and design studios, identifying new market opportunities.
Qualifications for the role
  • Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 2–3 years in Building Automation or HVAC sector
  • Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), KNX, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
  • Ability to read electrical and system diagrams
  • Active listening and customer orientation.
  • Proactivity and autonomy.
  • Good command of English.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
