You will champion early action, strengths-based practices, and relationship-based support to ensure all children thrive within our inclusive IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) environment.If you are a highly collaborative, empathetic, and culturally responsive professional with a master's-level expertise in early development, we encourage you to apply.The Learning Specialist reports to the **Head of Student Support Services**.#### **Key Responsibilities Include:*** **Early Identification & Observation:** Partner with Primary and Middle School educators to conduct and interpret developmentally appropriate screenings and observations across cognitive, motor, language, and social-emotional domains.* **Targeted Support Design:** Design, implement, and monitor individualized or small-group support plans, collaborating closely with homeroom teachers and parents to embed strategies within PYP and MYP units of inquiry.* **Inclusive Practice:** Provide direct support in inclusive classroom settings, model differentiation strategies for colleagues, and contribute to the ongoing development of inclusive, responsive pedagogy aligned with IB principles.* **Family & External Collaboration:** Act as an empathetic liaison between the school and families.
