Proficiency in English, knowledge of service contracts, and strong communication skills are essential. This position offers the flexibility of remote work one day a week.

Location: Northwest Milan (1 day of remote work per week)

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the Aftersales & Service activities of the company in the Italian market
  • Measure performance and efficiency based on KPIs
  • Ensure the execution of the Service activities and projects in the company
  • Responsible for the approval of technical suppliers
  • Support to branches
  • Monitor turnover of Service and spare part sales
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Control of internal costs and warranties
  • Pricing of service contracts
Your Profile
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in industrial sectors with a focus on the technical department
  • Expertise in rentals and maintenance contracts (knowledge of service costs, etc.)
  • Prior work experience in team management
  • Must have ability to train and motivate, proving very good with communication skills
  • Passionate and hard worker
  • Manage complexity and work volume, problem solver
  • Target and results oriented
  • Strategic thinking and acting
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Knowledge of CRM system
  • Advanced in English oral and written
