A dynamic automation company in Cadelbosco di Sopra is seeking an Activities & Information Coordination Specialist. This role involves supporting activity planning, managing information flows, and collaborating with stakeholders. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and skills in InDesign and MS Office. This is a full-time, permanent position with a mid-senior level designation, requiring precision and attention to detail.
Due to an increased workload and a reorganization of the department, we are urgently looking for an Activities & Information Coordination Specialist for the Technical Documentation Office.
Reports to: Head of Technical Documentation
You will support the department with activity planning and with the retrieval, management, and archiving of inbound and outbound information. At times, you may also be involved in drafting/updating of technical documents.
Experience: 2–3 years
Previous experience in documentation-related activities and/or office coordination is required.
The search is open to candidates of all genders (Italian Legislative Decree 903/77).
