About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager – Sardegna to join Deliveroo’s Account Management team. In this role, you will oversee our restaurant business brand relationships in the Italian market, collaborating with marketing, operations and product to deliver best‑in‑class consultancy to our top restaurant partners. The position is based in Cagliari or Sassari and reports to the Regional Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting relationships with the network.
  • Monitor and analyse performance, share insights with partners and identify opportunities to improve metrics and partner satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to increase supply quality and improve financial performance and consumer value proposition.
  • Plan portfolio strategy to grow performance, financials and loyalty, impacting both absolute and relative metrics such as market share.
  • Control portfolio P&L, identifying opportunities and risks.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Strong P&L knowledge and negotiation skills.
  • Experience building long‑term relationships.
  • Proficient in using tools and project‑management applications to guide best practice.
  • Experience in Horeca/restaurant/food market is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
