Job Opportunity: Account Manager Education

We are seeking an Account Manager Education to promote Apple technology—specifically iPads, Macs, and third-party products—within schools, high schools, and universities, both public and private. The role involves presenting the educational benefits of technology as an expert and trusted advisor to educational institutions, engaging with teachers and administrative contacts. The position reports to the Sales Manager Education.

Responsibilities:
  1. Market mapping and identifying potential clients—schools, high schools, and universities—and developing commercial relationships.
  2. Presenting technological solutions and the advantages of Apple technology in education to teachers and technical staff.
  3. Preparing and sending commercial offers, including those compliant with current regulations for Public Administration (e.g., MEPA and/or Consip).
  4. Monitoring ongoing negotiations through pipeline updates.
  5. Assisting in identifying brands and products to complement Apple devices for the Education sector.
  6. Collaborating with Apple and the national sales team to develop networks and share success stories and best practices.
  7. Analyzing sales performance through KPI reviews and proposing action plans and campaigns.
  8. Defining budgets, sales mix, and detailed sales forecasts for the assigned area.
  9. Monitoring market trends and competitors, providing continuous and structured feedback.
Candidate Profile and Requirements:
  1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a structured reseller of technological products, services, and solutions targeting educational institutions (schools, universities, public and private institutions).
  2. Good knowledge of the Apple ecosystem, Windows, networking, storage, video conferencing, printing, etc.
  3. Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM, BI, and ERP tools.
  4. Basic knowledge of written and spoken English.

The ideal candidate will also have excellent relational and organizational skills, initiative, creativity, versatility, and proactivity. You should be an enthusiastic and tireless sales professional.
