A growing tech company in Milan is looking for a passionate Account Executive with outbound sales experience to join their new Italian sales department. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales process, and demonstrating products to clients. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Italian and English and possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time role with hybrid work capabilities and opportunities for personal growth.

As an Executive Account Outbound at Odoo, we adopt a consultative sales approach. You'll connect with companies, understand their needs, and present innovative solutions to digitize their operations. You'll quickly master all aspects of entrepreneurship, to advise clients as an expert.

Account Executive Team Leader
40-hour workweek contract, including 2 days of remote work per week and flexible hours.
Focus on training sessions, workshops, & continuous feedback.
After gaining 2 years of experience, you can apply for a similar role at another Odoo location.
A full-time position with an attractive salary package and commissions.
