Overview

BTO is an academic driven consulting company offering digital transformation services in the IT field. The company is based in Milan, Turin, Rome, Bologna, Luxembourg, Vienna and Munich. BTO works closely with a professional network made by universities, IT Managers, CIO, ecc.. with the aim to use the applied research to generate value for companies and academics, in order to support the digital transformation process. Today, 300 people are working in our dynamic, young and unique environment to support the growth of our business everyday.

Role

Account & Client Manager - BTO Research - Italy. The person will be in charge of the development and the growth of BTO's business as well as the management of the current clients. To expand our internal Sales team, we are looking for an Account & Client Manager in BTO Research - Italy.

Responsibilities
  • Defining commercial strategy within his / her area;
  • Sales activities;
  • Market analysis and scouting activities;
  • Mapping out new business area;
  • Targeting and creation of market-specific services;
  • Customer loyalty activities;
  • Negotiation activities;
  • Rate definition and negotiation activities;
  • Cost planning and analysis;
  • Drafting contracts and sales reports;
  • Managing current client.
Mandatory skills and requirements
  • Previous experience in Sales / Consulting Services
  • Fluent in English (oral and written);
