A leading global solar technology company is looking for a Sales Manager in Italy to spearhead commercial growth across the EMEA region. This position involves developing sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and building significant relationships within the solar ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation abilities, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies across target EMEA markets. Manage end-to-end sales activities—from initial engagement to contract closure. Build strong relationships with developers, EPCs, IPPs, and financial stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and track market trends. Support pipeline forecasting, pricing, and deal structuring. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure project success. Represent the company at industry events and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications 4+ years of sales or business development experience in solar, renewable energy, or infrastructure. Proven track record in closing large-scale PV or similar complex deals. Strong commercial and negotiation skills. Existing network within the European solar ecosystem is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Fluent in English; additional European languages beneficial. Willingness to travel across the region.
