Food Security and Health Adaptation Experts

We are seeking three highly motivated and talented experts in food security and health adaptation to join the interdisciplinary team of the CMCC Foundation – Centro Euro-Mediterraneo sui Cambiamenti Climatici, based in Venice, Italy.
The successful candidates will conduct research, analyse policy frameworks, and support decision‑making processes at local, national, and EU levels. They will contribute to advancing knowledge on climate change impacts and adaptation, with a particular focus on food security, health, and related policy strategies.
In addition, they will play an active role in the Institute’s broader work on environmental economics, climate adaptation, and climate governance—developing research, evaluating policy options, and engaging with stakeholders. These positions offer the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment and to generate insights with tangible impact on policy and society in Europe and beyond.

The successful candidates will work within the European Institute on Economics and the Environment (EIEE), one of the three CMCC Institutes.
