Job summary
A prominent banking institution in Maharashtra is seeking candidates for a role focused on customer engagement and relationship management within the mapped customer base. Responsibilities include cross-selling banking and investment products, ensuring customer retention, and working closely with various teams for efficient business conversion. Ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a drive for achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through meetings, video calls, and tele calls.
- Cross-sell a range of banking and investment products.
- Deepen relationships with mapped customers.
- Convert leads from VRM and CEC.
- Collaborate with teams for business conversion.
- Customer Engagement (meeting, Video call, Tele call) and Relationship Management on the mapped C Cat book of the branch. ( C category book of 2-3 branches with approx. 1000 to 1500 customers will be mapped )
- Cross sell of Asset ( HL, LAP, CL,PL, GL, WC, CV ) Liability ( CA, SA TD) and Third Party & Investment Products ( LI GI Trinity & MF) on the mapped book
- Deepening of CA SA and TD mapped relationships.
- Meeting and conversion on leads from VRM and CEC.
- Working closely with respective teams on LI, GI, KSEC, IC and Asset team for timely conversion of the business.
- Ensuring customer stickiness and category upgrade.
- Acquisition, X-sell of business & Service activations to existing customers
- Explain all the Facilities of the Bank in Form of Demonstration both online / offline
- Enroll the customer for the services which would be useful for him
- Handle customer service requirements like account opening, Trinity account opening, liability product selling, liability on product features, Cheque book insurance.
- Speed and efficiency of service given
- Sales targets for banks and investment products.
- Customer acquisition from Family Household & referrals.
- Have higher NPs scores
