The opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI Developer with a strong focus on front-end technologies and 2–5 years of experience to join our growing Digital Experience team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing user interfaces that enhance user experience and support business transformation initiatives across the enterprise.

Your key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications and design mockups.
  • Develop responsive and interactive web applications using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing performance bottlenecks and enhancing user experience.
  • Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and non-production environments, performing root cause analysis as needed.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, technical mentoring, and process optimization.
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Proficient in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and state management libraries (Redux, Vuex).
  • Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks (Bootstrap, Material-UI).
  • Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in working with RESTful APIs and integrating them into front-end applications.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
deally, you’ll also have
  • Experience with UI testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) and test-driven development.
  • Exposure to back-end technologies (Node.js, Express) and full-stack development concepts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to document technical specifications, user stories, and design decisions clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in agile environments and comfort working across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to reusable component libraries and coding standards.
