Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers, and you'll be expected to communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, in-person and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including potential markets, clients, and strategic partnerships.
  • Utilise CRM software to track prospects and follow up on leads.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Sales Closing:
  • Convert prospects into customers by guiding them through the sales process.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalise deals to meet sales targets.
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with sales campaigns.
  • Work closely with the customer support team to address client needs post‑sale.
Reporting and Tracking:
  • Regularly update the CRM with sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline progress.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or similar sales role.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Knowledge of sales techniques such as cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
