  • Based in Global Delhi HQ, India
Job Description, Role, and Responsibility
  • Leadership & Execution – Work in a leadership role as AVP / Director / GM / AGM in Product Management, with hands‑on experience in B2B, B2B2C, and B2C markets in India and globally, covering all stages of Clinical Application Materials across Cancer and other Chronic Diseases.
  • Multi‑disciplinary Product Management – Develop product marketing material, product presentations, pre‑sales collateral, launch plans, and pitch presentations to specialty doctors in hospitals and the broader digital health and healthcare industry.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset – Single‑handed multi‑hat role as a team leader, delivering on deadlines and commitments with limited resources.
  • First‑Doer & High Achiever – Strong medical product and solutions management capability, including product launch, education, and training for a large customer base (B2B, B2B2C, B2C) across oncology, diabetes, heart, and chronic disease areas, both within India and globally.
  • Business Model Expertise – Proven track record working with established health startups, Indian healthcare organisations, or MNCs in a SaaS cloud platform subscription model (B2B, B2B2C, or B2C).
Qualification
  • B.Sc / M.Sc / MS / B.Pharma / B.Tech from reputed institutes (Physical Science, Life Science, or Tech background).
  • Optional MBA in Product Management (Software Product / Service / Solutions).
Experience
  • 4 – 13 years of hardcore experience representing a healthcare technology product organisation in day‑to‑day interactions with cutting‑edge innovative healthcare technology, digital health, and AI health solutions.
  • Strong medical product and solutions management capability across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C markets for oncology, diabetes, heart, chronic disease areas.
  • Experience within established health startups, Indian healthcare organisations, or healthcare MNCs employing a SaaS cloud platform subscription model.
Job Location

Bengaluru – Global HQ, Global Technology Development Center & Global R&D and AI Health Innovation Center, Delhi NCR, India.
