Job description

• We are seeking an experienced Courseware developer to join our team
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in E-Learning, ILT /vILT, Courseware development
• The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging E-Learning experiences using SCORM compliant platforms

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality E‑Learning content using various tools and technologies
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive courseware
• Integrate multimedia elements such as audio and video to enhance the learning experience
• Ensure seamless integration with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM compliant platforms
• Develop and implement video overlays and other visual effects to enhance the learning experience
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of E‑Learning content
• Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure the highest standards of E‑Learning content

Requirements

• 7‑15 years of experience in E‑Learning, ILT /vILT, Courseware development, and Media Integration
• Strong understanding of SCORM compliant platforms and LMS integration
• Proficiency in E‑Learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
