Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Data Entry Quality Specialist to join our company. In this role, you will ensure data integrity across large-scale datasets. You will drive initiatives to clean, update, enrich, organize, and structure data, and propose practical solutions to resolve data issues. Team members will rely on you for resolving data challenges and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Quality Maintenance: Develop and implement practical solutions for cleaning, updating, enriching, organizing, and structuring data. Identify discrepancies in data and execute corrective measures to maintain high data quality.
• Data Operations Support: Provide consistent support to team members in addressing data challenges; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
• Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas to analyze large-scale data sets; generate detailed reports and analyze trends to support operational requirements.
• Process Improvement Documentation: Review existing data management processes and recommend improvements; maintain clear and detailed documentation of data procedures and standards.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with large-scale data environments, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven setting.
