Job summary
A leading automotive recruitment agency in Meerut is seeking a candidate for a role focused on implementing best practices in new product development (NPD) processes. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with automotive industry standards and design for manufacturability. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in new product development, preferably.
- Strong knowledge of NPD processes: DFMEA, PFMEA, DFM/DFA principles.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain best practices in NPD processes.
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards.
- Ensure design for manufacturability.

Required Candidate profile
- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive
- 3 years of experience in new product development, preferably
- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, GD&T, and CAD tools
