About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Finance professional with strong expertise in Financial Services having exposure in Real Estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing corporate finance, fund-raising, financial planning, Business Development and banking relations to support ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project financing, loan syndication, and fund-raising activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
• Evaluate financial feasibility, project reports, and cash-flow management.
• Ensure timely disbursement of project loans and compliance with financial covenants.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic financial planning and decision-making.
• Monitor fund utilization, debt management, and investor relations.
