Role & responsibilities
Objective of the role
- To achieve the monthly sales Gross Margin and collection Budgets assigned to the area as per the KPI targets.
- To develop a well-defined network of ABCD (Architects, Builders, Contractors and Developers) customers to meet the current and future needs of the company, in the assigned area.
Key Areas of Responsibility
ESSENTIAL
- Achieving the sales and Gross margin targets through proactive engagement of a well-defined list of existing and new ABCD customers and providing required specification & onsite support leading to closing the sale logically.
- To actively identify, develop, provide training and engage a network of applicators as per targets.
- To closely interact with the concerned regional Specification teams to help provide specification/ Tech support to the Small & Medium Builders/ Industry.
- To establish and maintain good working relations with distributors/SFA/Applicators to gain support and service.
- To plan and roll out training programs and promotional meetings to the Applicators, ABCD Customers and site engineers regularly. Implement applicator engagement programs effectively.
SECONDARY
- To track performance through formal reporting as per the system.
- To travel and work across the territory as per the FJP.
- To provide training and manage the sales team of SFA/Distributors to develop their skill set.
- To update ongoing as well as upcoming small and medium projects of the area through the network and other contacts.
Preferred candidate profile
Civil Diploma with CC Experience
