What you will do

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Software Project Manager. The responsibilities of the software project manager include overseeing software projects from start to finish, managing and motivating software developers and other team members, overseeing project execution and reporting to management.

How you will do it

• Discuss potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers.
• Plan out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
• Lead the development team to design and deliver maintainable, testable, and reusable production quality code using Agile development practices.
• Ensure each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
• Create a project budget and ensure the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.
• Determine and oversee consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
• Regularly interact with Product Owners and stakeholders for release planning and defining sprint goals.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
• Serve as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
• Deliver completed software products to clients and perform regular checks on the products' performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Project/Program Manager with experience in managing and running large programs and product delivery, handling multiple teams.
• Exposure to project management techniques and a business-driven mindset with defined milestones.
• Identify and respond to business opportunities with solutions, effort/price estimation, and phase-wise delivery plans.
• Participate in project costing and budgeting exercises.
• Finalize resource allocation and work distribution in collaboration with the Business Delivery Owner.
• Responsible for the completion of project milestones and customer deliverables as per committed cost, timelines, and quality standards.
• Experience in defining and implementing processes in a learning environment.
• Participate in requirement gathering and elicitation.
• Manage external partners for development and handle full life cycle development projects.
• Build functional knowledge within the team, mentoring and enabling the team driven by adopted quality and process standards.
• Develop sound and comprehensive project plans and communication plans that support systems implementation.
• Responsible for monthly operations reporting and management.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Working knowledge of learning technology (knowledge, not ability to actually do the work with these tools): HTML5, MVC.NET, Angular, Java query, SQL Server.
• In-depth knowledge of Software Development Methodologies (Scrum, Agile, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of project financial management.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Stack (.Net Core, ASP.Net, VB.Net, Power Bi).
• Good knowledge of the latest trends in the Information Technology industry.
• Must have strong communication skills.
