Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:

• Oversee the development and management of our MEAN & MERN stack, setting future direction and ensuring consistent advancements.
• AI and Machine Learning:
• Lead AI initiatives, driving the integration of technologies like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and reinforcement learning into our platforms.
• Harness LLMs like ChatGPT or Llama, ensuring Medvarsity remains at the vanguard of edtech transformations.
• Product Development:
• Collaborate with product and UX/UI teams to translate product vision into robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and maintenance.
• Software Development:
• Lead a dynamic team of developers, setting best practices, conducting code reviews, and ensuring high standards of software quality.
• Keep abreast of emerging technological trends and incorporate new technologies as required.
• Infrastructure Management:
• Manage our Google Cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Champion the use of open-source technologies within the organization, making sure they are used to their fullest potential.

Experience

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of software development experience with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Mastery over our tech stack: MEAN, MERN, PHP, Laravel, DevOps, and familiarity with AI platforms like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Proven expertise in AppSheet, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Demonstrated experience in creating or overhauling edtech platforms with an emphasis on AI and personalization.
• Adept in agile methodologies and data-driven product development.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
