About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our organization and oversee the recruitment function as well as various HR operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of HR operations executives while also overseeing critical HR processes, including performance management, increments, and promotions, and generating weekly reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both recruitment and HR operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving HR initiatives that contribute to the organization’s success.
Job Description
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
- Oversee the implementation of increments, promotions, and related compensation processes.
- Develop and generate reports on a daily or fortnightly basis, providing insights and recommendations to HR and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding processes and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Support employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution as needed.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintain HR records and documentation in a confidential and organized manner.
- Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements, recommending changes or enhancements to HR policies and processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR operations teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and identify opportunities for development and training.
- Mentor and coach team members, promoting their professional growth and success.
Mandatory requirements for this position
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, including experience managing both recruitment and HR operations.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, including performance management, compensation, and reporting.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
