Responsibilities

Procurement & Strategy

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Handle urgent requirements of the P&M team with speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.

Vendor & Cost Management

• Manage and negotiate with OEM vendors to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and reliability.
• Build strong supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance.
• Achieve procurement savings and drive value through effective sourcing.

Inventory & Purchase Planning

• Optimize inventory levels through ERP-based planning.
• Forecast requirements based on sales, production schedules, and operational needs.

Supply Chain & Risk Management

• Ensure smooth material flow across the supply chain while minimizing disruptions.
• Mitigate risks related to quality, delivery delays, and vendor dependency.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, governance frameworks, and statutory requirements.

Requirements
