Job summary

A financial services firm based in India is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to make outbound calls to prospective customers for Mutual Fund and Loan products. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi, strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, and a target-driven approach. Experience in telecalling or inside sales is preferred. You will maintain call records, update leads in CRM, and coordinate with the sales team for closures.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in telecalling or inside sales within the financial services sector.
  • Working knowledge of English preferred.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Mutual Fund and Loan products.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly to customers.
