Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Basic understanding of emulsions, surfactants, preservatives, and colorants; awareness of GMP, ISO, and regulatory norms.
• In Shifts Assist in the preparation, weighing, mixing, and processing of cosmetic formulations (e.g., creams, lotions, shampoos, serums, Hair Oil etc.) according to approved batch manufacturing records (BMR).
• Monitor and record processing parameters such as temperature, mixing speed, and time.
• Conduct in-process checks and ensure that products meet quality specifications.
• Report deviations or non-conformities to the supervisor and participate in corrective actions.
• Water treatment plant operational Knowledge.

Equipment & Material Handling

• Handle equipment such as homogenizers, mixers, filling machines, and reactors.
• Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

Quality & Compliance

• Follow GMP, GLP, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure proper documentation of batch records, logbooks, and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering

Candidate Preferred from FMCG Industry

This is a shift-based role, and candidates must be willing to work across all three shifts.

Prefer hands on experience of handling manufacturing process.
