Key Responsibilities

• Functional/Technical Analysis

• Understand business requirements and translate them into Temenos functional specifications (FS) or technical specifications (TS).

• Analyze gaps between out‑of‑box T24 functionalities and business needs.

• Configure, parameterize, or customize Temenos modules according to project requirements.

• Temenos T24 / Transact Expertise

• Work with one or more core modules: Core Banking (AA, LD, FT, AC, TPH, Funds Transfer, Payments, Deposits, Loans, Securities, Trade Finance, Treasury).

• Configure AA (Arrangement Architecture) contracts and product parameters.

• Implement local customization using T24 tools: Version/Enquiry, OFS, Templates, COB, TAFJ/TAFC.

• Develop or support customization using Temenos technologies: Java (TAFJ), InfoBasic, jBASE, Integration Framework (IF), IRIS.

• Work on Interfaces, Integration APIs (REST/SOAP), and external system communication.

• Configuration & Implementation

• Set up product parameters, tables, and workflows within T24.

• Support data mapping, migration activities, ETL processes, and conversion strategy.

• Ensure compliance with Temenos best practices and coding standards.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 15+ years experience with Temenos T24 / Transact (R17–R24 or higher)

• Expertise in one or more areas: AA, Core Modules, Payments, Loans, Deposits, Trade Finance, Treasury, TPH, Integration Framework, OBIEE, WealthSuite

• Knowledge of T24 programming and customization using:

• T24 InfoBasic

• TAFJ/Java

• OFS, OFSMLINK, IRIS, Web Services

• Understanding of COB configuration, performance tuning, and environment setup

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to work in high‑paced, mission‑critical banking environments

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Temenos T24 Expertise across Retail, Corporate, Wealth

• Integration & APIs: OFS, TIF, REST/SOAP

• COB Optimization

• Experience in cloud‑hosted T24 environments (Azure/AWS/SaaS)

• Experience in T24 upgrades, R‑series migrations, or Temenos Infinity

• Temenos certification (Functional/Technical) preferred

• Relevant industry certifications are advantageous
