Job summary
A construction company in India is seeking a Project Controls professional to monitor and control project expenditure across all façade projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields and 6–10 years of experience in cost control for construction. Strong ERP, Excel, and Power BI skills are essential. This is a full-time position for mid-senior level applicants, with responsibilities including budget tracking, variance analysis, and financial audits.

- Strong command of ERP systems like Business Central, SAP, or Oracle.
- Financial acumen and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Track budgets, commitments, and actual costs via Business Central.
- Support Project QS and Commercial Managers with cost-to-complete forecasting.
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare earned-value reports.
- Reconcile purchase orders, GRNs, and invoices.
- Generate cost dashboards in Power BI and CoreLink.
- Identify overspends and initiate corrective measures.
- Support financial audits and ensure cost data integrity.

We Eirefacades System Design Private Ltd., based in Thrissur, Kerala with projects in Ireland & UK, is planning to hire the following positions on a full‑time permanent basis.
Purpose: To monitor and control project expenditure, ensuring cost accuracy and alignment with approved budgets, cost codes, and earned‑value parameters across all façade projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track budgets, commitments, and actual costs via Business Central.
- Support Project QS and Commercial Managers with cost‑to‑complete forecasting.
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare earned‑value reports.
- Reconcile purchase orders, GRNs, and invoices.
- Generate cost dashboards in Power BI and CoreLink.
- Identify overspends and initiate corrective measures.
- Support financial audits and ensure cost data integrity.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, or Engineering.
- 6–10 years’ experience in cost control for construction or manufacturing.
- Strong command of ERP systems (Business Central, SAP, or Oracle).
- Advanced Excel and Power BI reporting skills.
- Financial acumen and attention to detail.
