Nirosha Foods is a fast-growing FMCG company offering premium Makhanas, Cashews, Dry Fruits, and healthy snack products. We are expanding our sales network across India and seeking an experienced Zonal Sales Manager for South IND.

Role Summary

The ZSM will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributors, leading the sales team, and expanding market presence across South IND.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the Andhra Pradesh zone.
  • Appoint and manage distributors, super stockists, and channel partners.
  • Lead, train, and monitor Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure market coverage, product availability, and visibility.
  • Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
  • Conduct regular market visits and review team performance.
  • Ensure timely reporting, sales planning, and forecasting.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong experience in FMCG sales & distribution.
  • Leadership skills with ability to drive a sales team.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of South IND market is mandatory.
Qualifications
  • Graduate/MBA preferred.
  • 5–10 years of FMCG sales experience, including team handling.
