Responsibilities

• Reconcile purchase orders, GRNs, and invoices.
• Generate cost dashboards in Power BI and CoreLink.
• Identify overspends and initiate corrective measures.
• Support financial audits and ensure cost data integrity.

Purpose: To monitor and control project expenditure, ensuring cost accuracy and alignment with approved budgets, cost codes, and earned‑value parameters across all façade projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track budgets, commitments, and actual costs via Business Central.
• Support Project QS and Commercial Managers with cost‑to‑complete forecasting.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare earned‑value reports.
• Reconcile purchase orders, GRNs, and invoices.
• Generate cost dashboards in Power BI and CoreLink.

Experience & Qualifications:
