Job summary
A leading ICT firm in Indonesia seeks a manager to oversee ICT operations and strategic technology projects. You will ensure service availability and collaborate with various teams to support operational activities. The ideal candidate has over 8 years in ICT, including managerial experience, and strong technical expertise in hardware and networking, as well as excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ICT, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong technical skills in networking and IT service management.
- Experience in vendor coordination and procurement review.
Responsibilities
- Manage ICT operations and infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability of all ICT services.
- Collaborate with Corporate ICT and external partners.

Education
Responsible for managing ICT operations, infrastructure, and strategic technology projects. The role ensures high availability of all ICT services, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates closely with Corporate ICT, internal users, and external partners to support the operational and transactional activities of GWK Cultural Park.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ICT, including at least 3 years in a Department Head or managerial position
- Strong technical background in ICT hardware, networking, infrastructure, and IT service management
- Experienced in project planning, budgeting, procurement review, and vendor coordination
- Strong leadership skills: planning, organizing, problem-solving, negotiation, and team development
- Able to develop and implement effective ICT SOPs to maintain service availability
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams and vendors
