Job summary
A leading beauty brand in Indonesia is looking for a Senior Livestream Operations professional to oversee their live streaming process. Responsibilities include coordinating the team, analyzing performance data, and optimizing live streaming strategies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with TikTok content. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the brand's growth.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in TikTok live streaming or short video platforms.
- Familiar with TikTok content ecosystem and skincare live streaming strategies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the live streaming process and manage the team.
- Coordinate training for the host team on scripts and platform rules.
- Analyze data and implement feedback for streaming performance.

- Oversee the live streaming process, coordinate the execution of each stage, and handle unexpected situations;
- Assist the host team in training on live streaming scripts, pacing, and platform rules to enhance local operational capabilities;
- Perform data analysis and provide feedback and adjustments based on live streaming performance;
- Conduct live streaming reviews, provide insights, and propose optimization plans;
- Possess strong planning, team management, and organizational coordination skills;
- Manage the live streaming team;
- Bachelor’s degree or above, familiar with TikTok content ecosystem and skincare live streaming strategies; successful cases are a plus;
- At least 2 years of experience in TikTok live streaming or short video platform operations, with preference for experience in beauty/skincare categories;
