Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist – FMCG / E-commerce

Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Monitor and record all company income and expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Manage tax compliance (PPh, PPN, Withholding Tax, E-Faktur) and ensure timely filings.

Oversee daily accounting operations: bookkeeping, AR/AP, and inventory reconciliation.

Develop and implement financial systems, SOPs, and internal controls for e-commerce operations.

Review contracts, invoices, and financial documents to ensure compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to align financial and business data.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CA/ACCA preferred).

Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail.

Strong understanding of PSAK and Indonesian taxation regulations.

Skilled in financial reporting, tax management, and Excel-based financial analysis.

Familiar with e-commerce financial systems and data reconciliation.
