• Create written and visual content for all brands in Chief company social media channels to gather a solid and engaging online presence.
• Craft rich, inspiring and relevant content to the brand objective.
• Shaping social media strategy, content pillars, and ensuring its alignment when translated to editorial calendar and day-to-day contents.
• Managing team members and ensure the quality of the executions while collaborating with other stakeholders
• Create social media editorial content plan + copywriting that are consistent with the company’s look & identity
• Create social media marketing strategy & campaign for brand or product
• Optimizing and maintain performance campaign of airing ads (IG, CPAS, FB, TT) to gain profitable ROAS, high traffic, lower CPA, optimized CTR% & cost efficiency
• Brainstorm and ideate creatively impactful contents, digital activations that leads to high-quality reach, engagement scores, traffic and conversions.
• Manage influencer budget and ensure the best possible payback metrics in accordance to the campaign objectives
• Build & maintain relationships with KOLs and content creators to increase media touchpoints and brand impact
Requirement :
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, creative lead or related fields
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing strategy
• Experienced with social media management & analytics tools
• Having demonstrated experience in establishing, identifying, and riding on trends by leveraging social listening tools
• Highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial management skills
• Having good well-developed interpersonal skills, team building and relationship.
• Highly organized in planning and managing day-to-day executions
• Contextually creative with good taste in visual design and storytelling areas
• Extensive in producing a wide range of high-quality material for digital media platforms: SEO-friendly, videos, ads copy
