Job summary
A leading beverage company in Jambi, Indonesia seeks a dynamic individual to manage a Boost Juice outlet. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, achieving sales targets, and building a motivated team in a vibrant environment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in retail F&B and possesses strong leadership skills. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required, along with a flexibility to work under pressure and travel when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail F&B, preferably as Store Manager or similar.
- Mastering PNL, Labor Cost, Food Cost, and COGS.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to operate a high-performing retail store.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of operating a Boost Juice outlet.
- Achieve sales goals and drive strategies.
- Build and lead a team in a fun environment.
Skills
Education
Managing and organizing all aspects of operating a Boost Juice outlet and responsible for sales achievement and the strategy including building, leading & managing a team in a fun environment whilst driving sales.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- Minimal Experience 2 years in retail F&B (Preferably Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Supervisor/Leader specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent).
- Mastering F&B’s strategy in PNL, Labor Cost, Food Cost and COGS, Inventory Stock Opname & Excellence Service.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to operate a high performing retail store.
- Great communicator and proven leader.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
- Willing to travel.
